1. Introduction
Welcome to True Tattoo ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our website, booking an appointment, or purchasing products from our online store, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are strictly prohibited from using the site or our services.
2. Age Restrictions and Identification
2.1. Tattoos and Permanent Make-Up (PMU)

You must be at least 18 years of age to receive a tattoo or PMU service.

We strictly do not tattoo anyone under the age of 18, even with parental consent.

Valid government-issued photo ID (Driver’s License, Passport) is required at the time of your appointment.
2.2. Piercings and Tooth Gems
-
18+: Valid ID required.

Minors (Under 18): Minors may receive specific piercings or tooth gems only with the physical presence of a parent or legal guardian.

The parent/guardian must provide valid ID for themselves and a birth certificate or legal documentation linking them to the minor.

We reserve the right to refuse genital or nipple piercings on anyone under the age of 18.
3. Booking and Service Policies
3.1. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule an appointment.

If you reschedule with proper notice, your deposit will be transferred to the new date.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or "No-Shows," will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
3.2. Late Arrivals

If you are more than 30 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and your deposit may be forfeited. This is to ensure we do not run late for subsequent clients.
3.4. Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:

Being under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Poor attitude or disrespect towards staff.

Skin conditions (e.g., sunburn, rash, open wounds) in the area to be treated.

Pregnancy or nursing (for Tattoos and PMU).

Failure to disclose relevant medical history.
4. Health, Safety, and Results
4.1. Medical Disclosure

You must complete a consent and waiver form prior to your procedure.
-
You agree to disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies (specifically to latex, pigments, or metals), and medications.
4.2. Healing and Aftercare
-
We adhere to strict hygiene and sterilization standards. Once you leave the studio, the healing process is your responsibility.

We are not liable for infections or issues caused by improper aftercare, poor hygiene, or lifestyle choices (e.g., swimming with a fresh tattoo).

Tooth Gems: Tooth gems typically last 6 to 24 months, but longevity depends on your enamel and eating habits. We offer a 30 day retention warranty.

PMU: Permanent make-up is a multi-session process. Healed results vary by skin type. Fading is normal, and annual touch-ups are recommended.
5. E-Commerce Terms (Online Store)
5.1. Products and Pricing

We make every effort to display product colors and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee your monitor's display will be accurate.

Prices are subject to change without notice.
5.2. Shipping

Orders are processed within 3 business days.
-
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs clearance for international orders.

Lost or stolen packages must be reported to the carrier.
5.3. Returns and Refunds

Body Jewelry: For health and hygiene reasons, all sales of body jewelry (piercing earrings, nose rings, etc.) are FINAL and non-refundable, unless the item arrives defective.

Other Merchandise: Unused, unopened non-jewelry items (e.g., aftercare creams, apparel) may be returned within [Insert Days] days for a refund or exchange.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was sent in error.
6. Intellectual Property

All tattoo designs, sketches, and artwork created by our artists remain the intellectual property of True Tattoo and the artist.

Custom designs are for the use of the paying client only and may not be reproduced by others without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, True Tattoo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or products. You acknowledge that body modifications involve inherent risks, including but not limited to allergic reactions, infection, and scarring, and you assume full responsibility for these risks upon signing the service waiver.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the United Kingdom. True Tattoo and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of [Insert Jurisdiction] shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
