- Vouchers are non-refundable
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for the equivalent value in cash
- Vouchers are valid for six months from date of purchase
- Any amount left after receiving a tattoo will be converted to store credit or the equivalent value in vouchers
- Vouchers are only redeemable for piercing by persons 16 and over
- Vouchers are only redeemable for tattoos by persons 18 and over
- Vouchers will be sent 1st class Royal Mail
- All items are sent Monday - Friday
- Items will be sent within 3-5 working days of purchase
